Helping people buy and sell their properties provides him with sheer satisfaction. Sam takes pleasure in looking at and assessing properties; his own admiration for the industry serves as the foundation for his determination and success in achieving his clients’ goals. Before licensing in 2010, Sam worked as an IT Security Consultant from 2001-2009. This background along with his own zest for real estate and business acumen developed one of his greatest strengths: problem solving. He approaches every transaction as if it were his own while maintaining clear communication and understanding of his clients’ unique desires. Sam has experience working across the city, with great familiarity of Toronto’s outskirts, such as where he personally resides in Bayview Hill, Richmond Hill - his home for 17 years and counting. Sam understands that each area offers a distinct lifestyle so he takes pride in navigating through the diverse neighbourhoods of the GTA to determine the most suitable one for his clients. For him, he loves larger and older homes on big lots, hence his decision to live in Richmond Hill. Outside of real estate, Sam is passionate about cars, golf, and music. In addition, Sam supports charitable organizations such as women's shelters and food banks.
